尽管藏龙卧虎未能问鼎奥斯卡，但这首“永恒的誓约”主题曲却成了经典，远胜很多奥斯卡金曲，国际顶尖的旅美华裔大提琴家马友友倾力演绎更为曲调丰富了內涵，马友友典雅的弦音似乎总充满了沧桑和幽怨，但令人惊叹的是那种幽怨却具有美感，甚至是一种悠扬，蔓延着一种优美的艺术气息，高贵而典雅，好象是幻梦一般，让音乐的画面变的模糊却又伸手可及的清晰：此情可待成追忆，只是当时已惘然。

开了音乐，一晚都在听《永恒的誓约》。
凝重沉郁的大提琴，一遍一遍娓娓诉说；心事粘在弓弦上，铺张，又收缩，直至沦陷。
指尖一阵锐痛...
也许不应该。
但心是如此脆弱易摧，性情却极端沉敛。
多半被动沉默；却不能不回肠。
彻夜无语。把许多的忧患悲喜，放在音乐的河里，任沉任浮，百转千回。
殇乐若水，何处彼岸？
想起你了。
想起你深情凝视我的眼神，想起你拥我入怀的那份心醉，想起你亲吻我时候的忘情与心跳，想起你在站台和我告别的微笑……
没有誓约，没有回首，没有未来，却，有着永远的誓约，永远的牵挂，永远的憧憬……
